Balgores Ongar has just sold my later Fathers home. I dealt mainly will Billy who held my hand through the whole process, having to deal with probate and other issue that came my way. Communication was excellent and never had to chase for updates. Thank you for finally getting me to the finish line. Very much appreciated and highly recommend Balgores Ongar.

Balgores were fantastic selling our house. In particular Billy worked tirelessly to get our house sold, the chain complete and then continually spoke to all estate agents in the chain and solicitors. The process of us moving took a while but Billy was always communicating and keeping us informed. A big thank you from us!

I can’t speak highly enough of Billy and Paul at Balgores Hayes in Ongar. I am based in Australia and they assisted me with the sale of my aunt’s house in Ongar. In terms of customer service I always get quick responses. Doesn’t resolve all issues but at least CS are available
