From the very first meeting with Marshall, I have found the team at Kings very professional and friendly. Joe visited us and as we wanted a quick sell to enable us to buy a new build in Devon, Joe offered a few different approaches to selling our house. They had appointments booked for 1 day rather than having visits all through the week. The house went on the market on a Tuesday, with viewings on the next Saturday. From this, we got a few offers and accepted one a few days later, so from going on the market, we accepted within 2 weeks. We are now moving on 29th June, 2 and a half months from going on the market.
