Excellent service
Stuart assisted my family in moving from abroad. We could sort out our house quickly (in fact we had very tight deadline) and smoothly. Service during the tenancy and at termination of the contract was really eccellent. Good to meet you, Best Residential.

Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable service
Best residential were very helpful in helping us source suitable accommodation for my nephew. They responded very quickly to our enquiry and gave us all the information we needed. I would definitely use them again and am more than happy to recommend them.

Stuart the owner is a sneaky shaft character
I leased a property from this Stuart guy. The entire process took two months and I received the property with a forest for a back yard with weeds, two piles of waste cuttings, trash in the back yard, filthy kitchen, cobwebs everywhere. We moved in and tidied up the place. On leaving we painted and cleaned and trimmed the back yard but that was not up to Stuart's standards when we were leaving. But wait Stuart said that he had a contracted company that did all that for a fee. This company strives on ripping off people. Don't do business with them!
