Great experience of dealing with Belvoir selling my house in Hitchin. On first contact, Jan at Belvoir responded quickly and my house was photographed and on the market within a few days - and sold a couple of weeks later. I also offered on a house to purchase, again with Belvoir. Unfortunately, this was pre-pandemic and I had to pull out of both transactions - but Jan handled this with understanding and grace (no charges!) and ensured excellent communication with all parties.
