We sold our flat with Belvoir recently. Jan took charge of our sale, and was there every step of the way, keeping things moving. It was a complicated sale, with an uncommunicative solicitor, a bureaucratic housing association and a fickle first buyer. Jan was always proactive in making calls and sending emails when most of the other parties were grinding to a halt. When our first buyer pulled out at the eleventh hour, Belvoir found another within a week or two. Jan, John and the team are everything estate agents should be and nothing they shouldn't. No smarminess or smooth-talk nonsense, just hard-working, friendly, supportive and always on your side. Honestly, I can't recommend them enough.

You have been very helpful in getting me viewings to properties which I am now hopefully moving into at the end of this month.
