Great experience as a
Have recently completed on a property purchase through Belvoir and I was very pleased with the service. The sale was managed by John La Francesca, who was very knowledgeable and ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. As a first-time buyer, it was important that I understood the process fully and John was really helpful with keeping me informed. All communication was done promptly and John made sure that things kept moving with all parties involved, which was reassuring as most of it was all new to me. Everyone I dealt with at Belvoir Hitchin was very professional and keeping communication up throughout the process. If I ever had any queries, someone was always available at the phone and could connect me to the right person - this was much especially appreciated. Highly recommended

Hitchin property
From the outset I found John and the team really helpful in the sale of my property. John was very positive about my property and I felt this would have been displayed to prospective buyers. The communication was great throughout and I was continuously kept up to date on developments. Would highly recommend.

Emma, Aneekah and Bronte make
Emma, Aneekah and Bronte make up the dynamic maintenance team at this office. They always do their best to ensure their tenants and landlords are well informed and any issues raised are dealt with promptly. The Lettings Director, Stephanie, is passionate about what she does, always putting her all into her work. I cannot recommend her all highly enough - she is in touch with the market and extremely knowledgeable regarding all things Lettings. Jan in the Sales office is wonderful. If you want your property sold this is the lady to speak to. Jan’s knowledge of the industry and long list of clients makes her incredibly successful at what she does.

Highly Recommend. The team at Hitchin are very helpful and friendly. Kacey conducted the viewing with us at a property in Hitchin last week and it was a great experience. She was very informative. Will definitely use this service again!

Conor helped me move into my
Conor helped me move into my house two years ago, and was also part of the journey when I moved out this summer. He was calm, attentive, and so polite. When conducting viewings prior to my departure I was nervous to have strangers in my home, Conor made me feel at ease and was still so lovely. He kept me regularly updated, he is an asset to the Belvoir team!

Great service from Conor
Rented a flat this September which was handled from start to finish by Conor. I couldn't recommend Conor and Belvoir any more. I was kept updated every step of the way and Conor was always very happy to help whenever I called into the office.
