The sale was managed by John La Francesca, who was very knowledgeable and ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible. As a first-time buyer, it was important that I understood the process fully and John was really helpful with keeping me informed. All communication was done promptly and John made sure that things kept moving with all parties involved, which was reassuring as most of it was all new to me. Everyone I dealt with at Belvoir Hitchin was very professional and keeping communication up throughout the process.
