Flexible and helpful for buyers

As a buyer in the current climate in Cambridge, you don't expect estate agents to be overly helpful, but this isn't the case with Tylers. We received quick and courteous responses to all questions and requests to the seller, and they were flexible to arrange property access at short notice for further viewings. They kept in regular contact throughout the whole process, putting us as first time buyers at ease. Highly recommended

Fantastic Service with long distance purchase

Stefan Bjork and the staff at Tylers have been incredibly helpful. I am relocating to Cambridge from Glasgow and therefore this proved to be tricky given the distances involved. Stefan went above and beyond to fit us in for viewings and also with the large number of surveyors and tradesman that I required pre-purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble and things could easily be arranged by email. The latter point is particularly important as I was often emailing in between other tasks at work. I look forward to using Tylers again in the future.

Neil at Tylers Histon was our point of contact for the purchase of our property which has now completed. The process was smooth and when we required additional visits with trades persons in advance of the purchase they were happy to facilitate this. Having not used them as a selling agent I could not comment on this aspect, but based on them handling our purchase they were faultless.

Exceptional customer service - can't recommend highly enough!

I put my flat on the market this time last year and am so pleased that I chose Tylers to help me through this. From the initial valuation right through to completion, Andrew was unfailingly patient, polite, efficient and professional. Despite several delays in the process (nothing to do with Tyler's!) Andrew remained enthusiastic and helpful at every stage, often going above and beyond to reassure me that things were still on track. Tylers charged very reasonable rates for what turned out to be exceptional service - I can't recommend highly enough!

I have nothing but praise for Andrew at Tylers. Friendly, efficient, patient, reassuring and reliable are just five words I would use to describe him. I have dealt with a lot of Estate Agents over the years but Andrew and all the people at Tylers have been the most professional and helpful. team I have met.. People often say they are going to call you back or email and then don't. . Not so Andrew. When he said he was going to do something he did it. He never ignored phone calls and always followed up any issues straight away. I would not hesitate to recommend him. A top class person with a top class team.

Quietly got on with it.. Helpful

We achieved close to the asking price which was better than i had expected. They provided help beyond that anticipated - eg finding someone to mend minor roof storm damage. As I was mostly living 400 miles away, this was very valuable.
