Zoe helped me out with a difficult house purchase, chasing solicitors as well as the land registry, all during COVID. As well as knowing what sort of property I was after and calling me with its details as early as she could when they were coming on the market. I would highly recommend her.

We use Martin & Co to manage our rental properties. They are approachable, friendly, helpful & quick to respond to our queries. Using them gives us peace of mind that 'everything' is legal and in order. Good on line landlord portal lets you see statements and messages about the property at any time.
