Martin and Co Hinckley were brilliant from start to finish. They knew the area and the market well and had viewings arranged within hours of our house going on the market. I can honestly say Zoe and Mark were absolutely fantastic!! I had a number of estate agents value my property but instantly felt a connection with Zoe . I felt like nothing was too much trouble either ! Even tho we had the dreaded covid/ lockdown which prolonged our chances of a sale when we got to the point of sale etc Zoe was amazing !!
