I rented my flat with martin and co and can't rate them highly enough.they found me an tenant .Although he was a a good tenant left it dirty. After 3 years I let martin and co sell it for me as i rate them very highly.I could trust them implicitly.Trust them 100 %. That office is run correctly and they do all they can to do their help their clients. They sold my property within one day. Mark is very good at his job we cannot fault him. Jan chased up my buyers solicitor on a daily basis. Would i use Martin and co again a hundred percent yes i would, Dont hesitate dont read the bad reviews. Go to Martin and co first done waste your time going elsewhere.

Martin & co were great for me in the purchase of my home. Janet in particular was amazing and really went above and beyond in getting my purchase done in time to beat the rise in stamp duty. Completed for me inside 6 weeks of the original listing. Highly recommend.
