Not satisfied how they treat potential customer so far. I've viewed a property and half of the information on the ad is not accurate as how they describe it on their ad. As well as this estate agent is the very first one to ask me go into council website to find out property epc and council rating, where estate agents usually provides this info on the ad. The ad says "long lease" and when I ask about the lease, it appears to be "they believe" 101 years, I believe we will find the right amount at last second. "chain free" property got tenants currently live in the property. for the sake of professionalism, I as a customer simply want to get the right and accurate information. I hope this is not too much to ask. I really like the property that I just visited however if this is the service I'll get, I doubt what will comes next. Finding new property is already a stressful process, can they make it any easier, or even harder? ... Hope I can give 5 stars in the future for them, time will tell.
I was not happy with the treatment of this staff. I called as I was really interested in viewing a particular listing in Uxbridge and the gentleman didn't really give me time to ask questions just started talking trying to book me into a viewing within two days. I had to stop him and say “it’s difficult during the week as I’m a doctor in the nhs. Do you offer Saturday viewings?” He was very rude at this point and just have a very blunt “No” response. I’m not sure if he is the only person in the location but maybe the staff needs to train a bit more on communication skills and hospitality when you are trying to obtain a rental agreement as I was looking particularly at that property and would have placed an offer upon viewing
Hello Everyone,1st time that I will put a Bad review as here is my experience with Conor,Andrew s Residential. I m a Mum of 4 my oldest is at university,I am also a dying mummy,I have a condition and I have less than 4 years remaining. We ve rented a house at 2700£/months gave 6 week deposit+agency fees+6 months rent Upfront. We arrived in the house was No Heater No water Big leak who generated No electricity. I have an autistic child who has been taken in EMMERGENCY by Health professional in crisis for the way we are "living"..Agency/Landlord asked me to make Fraud insurance because they didn t want to pay for any repair, disregarding that I ve paid them More than 20k! Today I ve received an email where they were telling me that they can t put heater and water because it is the way the house has been build. I ve took this house for "finish in beauty"if I can say...I m 1.72 I m now at 45 kg -9 kg since 1month and half since we ve Checked in in the house. Conor,Andrew residential has "hidden himself"I ve sent more than 20 emails calls messages etc...It is ONLY when he knew that I ll bring him to court that he decided to face me the dying Mum and the Dead Situation. Don t trust them,don t help those people to grew their Vanity Please Think at You and Family!Don t rent or buy from them they will Assure Anything for you,they will disregard the contract,the law...just WATCHING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY DYING.
0 stars! My experience I've been on a waiting list for years for I could find a rental house for my family and they never called me. Call a lot of times and go in person to see if they could help me because I needed it and it was always the same answer. We will call you and since then they have never called me after years that is supposedly registered on the list.
Went for a viewing and the renting property had missing fridge, cooker and washing machine. Agent told us that they will only buy the fridge and the cooker, that we need to get our own washing machine. Moreover they put up a price on the listing but when we got there they asked what offer we make for property. What in the world?? If I new I’m coming for a bidding I wouldn’t go for a viewing. Complete rudeness. Wasted my time for nothing.
To bad I can’t give them half of star. How I the world can you take out for renting a house / apartment with so much mould !??? Do you have really NO SHAME ??? What about health and safety ? I will rise complains to every authority there is until you loose your license ! Shame on you !!! ✅
