It was OK. I was renting and Melroy was taking care of my case. There were some typos that I asked to be corrected but other than that it was a pleasant experience.
Good Service, It was overall good experience for renting property. All renting processes got completed smoothly. Melroy supported very well in all the required informations and process completion.

Not satisfied how they treat potential customer so far. I've viewed a property and half of the information on the ad is not accurate as how they describe it on their ad. As well as this estate agent is the very first one to ask me go into council website to find out property epc and council rating, where estate agents usually provides this info on the ad. The ad says "long lease" and when I ask about the lease, it appears to be "they believe" 101 years, I believe we will find the right amount at last second. "chain free" property got tenants currently live in the property. for the sake of professionalism, I as a customer simply want to get the right and accurate information. I hope this is not too much to ask. I really like the property that I just visited however if this is the service I'll get, I doubt what will comes next. Finding new property is already a stressful process, can they make it any easier, or even harder? ... Hope I can give 5 stars in the future for them, time will tell.
I was not happy with the treatment of this staff. I called as I was really interested in viewing a particular listing in Uxbridge and the gentleman didn't really give me time to ask questions just started talking trying to book me into a viewing within two days. I had to stop him and say “it’s difficult during the week as I’m a doctor in the nhs. Do you offer Saturday viewings?” He was very rude at this point and just have a very blunt “No” response. I’m not sure if he is the only person in the location but maybe the staff needs to train a bit more on communication skills and hospitality when you are trying to obtain a rental agreement as I was looking particularly at that property and would have placed an offer upon viewing
