We completed within 3 months and it was an extremely smooth transaction- largely due to the teams hard work. Claire would ring me weekly for updates and always went above and beyond . Richard, Sophia, Jared , Alexi and Hazel did amazing with the valuing, marketing, viewings and support through out the whole process! We had both houses off the market within 2 weeks. From the first meeting with Richard we knew we had made the right choice. His calm, courteous and extremely knowledgeable persona was just what we wanted in an Estate Agent to sell our Mum’s house. He took time to explain everything, got to know us, great with the dog, was enthusiastic, empathetic and reliable. As a team they were inundated and spent most of their days showing potential buyers around. Within no time we had a buyer and the sale, timeline, communication, ease and transparency was so smooth. Nothing was too much bother for any of the team. Claire was outstanding with her weekly updates and kindness. It’s sad the sale is now complete and no more weekly chats to be had. They have the special sauce that so many businesses lack, they are professional, likeable, stick to their word when they say they will do something, do it. Really good agent, pragmatic and communicative. Used other agents locally, but would use Richard James again as they have a way better approach to agency in my experience.

Richard was fantastic in helping us get started with the sale of our property giving a full run down of the process. Claire was marvellous handling our sale on a day to day basis. Professional yet fun to talk to. She would keep us informed as information made it's way back and forward down the chain. Overall a wonderful estate agents to work with.

We had excellent service from this company, Jared showed us round the property and was brilliant, he explained everything that was being left, and was very polite and friendly. We were kept in touch every week about how this was progressing. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, we had a lovely welcome pack and card which I thought was very nice. If ever I had to ring up and ask about anything, nothing was to much bother for them. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs to buy or sell a property
