During the 6 months process of completing on the purchase of a property, I encountered 4 members of the team at Richard James and they were all consistenly and continually professional, courteous, respectful, helpful, realistic, sincere and addressed my queries in a timely manner Whilst conveyancing can be stressful, my encounters with the staff at Richard James were a pleasure and made the lengthy process from offer to completion easier for me - thanks to all particularly Claire and Olivia
