From the first meeting with Richard we knew we had made the right choice. His calm, courteous and extremely knowledgeable persona was just what we wanted in an Estate Agent to sell our Mum’s house. He took time to explain everything, got to know us, great with the dog, was enthusiastic, empathetic and reliable. As a team they were inundated and spent most of their days showing potential buyers around. Within no time we had a buyer and the sale, timeline, communication, ease and transparency was so smooth. Nothing was too much bother for any of the team. Claire was outstanding with her weekly updates and kindness. It’s sad the sale is now complete and no more weekly chats to be had. They have the special sauce that so many businesses lack, they are professional, likeable, stick to their word when they say they will do something, do it.
