I felt able to ask them any questions I had and they are just generally all round nice guys - completely dispelling the negative estate agent sterotype. Completely communicative, the whole team was in the loop regarding our sale and most importantly they had our best interests throughout. Just wanted to say a massive thanks to Jon from Stow Brothers Highams Park for yesterday. We had the guys from Churchills and Kings round today and they all said pretty much the same as you did regarding price. However, I have to say you as a person came across so much better than the others. You were really well prepared and a massive thanks for the hook up with Andrew (we are talking to him tomorrow) and for the builders deets. I guarantee if we do sell it'll be through Stow Brothers. Ok so I wanted to add to this. Andrew turned out to not be as great as we expected. We aren’t some easily dialled in pair looking for a mortgage. After a couple of weeks working with Andrew we found that he was becoming hard to contact, very distant and not able to have access to many products that would work for us. In the end we had to leave his service. Within a few days we were able to find a mortgage that really worked for us.
