We had 4 local estate agents view our flat and Stow Brothers were by far the ones who came across the most positive and least like your typical Estate agent. One estate agent never showed and we chased them about this, they never got back to us, the next one showed zero enthusiasm for the property and was quite negative on the price, the third company were good and we almost went with them till they told us ‘photos normally cost £300 but there’s a deal to get them for £50 at the moment’ then this company hounded us daily for a decision and then there was Stow Brothers who were realistic, no jargon, no extra charges, friendly, enthusiastic and gave us time without hassling us.
