I used Stow Brothers to let my flat (fully managed) for a year, and then also went with them as the agent when I then sold the flat. Everyone I dealt with in both the lettings team and sales team were always incredibly responsive and professional. From start to finish, they made the process extremely easy. Any issues that arose whilst I was letting the flat were dealt with e.g. liaising with electricians/plumbers, sourcing quotes and ensuring that jobs were done reliably.
