I would like to thank the staff in the selling of my property and the staff in the lettings as i had a bad tenant. They all went above and beyond and more. They were always there when i needed them. Thanks so much everyone.

I had a fantastic experience with JNP and they were very helpful and the customer service was excellent. My great thanks goes to both Caroline & Emma for ensuring the smooth purchase and for going above and beyond! I recommend JNP to all and will definitely be using them again!

Friendly staff. Very responsive to email and phone. Works hard to get your property sold. Great property pictures too. Mat Plocharski - Valuer has made our experience with JNP first class. Would highly recommend him at JNP.

Christina from the High Wycombe branch has made mine and my partners first time buying experience as positive and smooth as possible. She is highly responsive and understanding that we are new to the process. Thank you for your help Christina!

We were very happy with JNP with regards to the purchase of our house. In particular, Emma who went above and beyond to ensure everything kept moving forward. Professional, friendly and proactive. Thank you Emma!

This is our first house purchase and Emma is very professional and helpful. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and helped us with making the offer, communicating with different parties and answering all my questions quickly and professionally.

We dealt with mainly Josh from the Hazlemere office who was fantastic, due to our demanding requirements it took just over 3 years to find us the property that we were after but when he did he then sold ours the same weekend. completely professional and straight talking through out. fully recommended.

We received fantastic service and support from all of the JNP team in High Wycombe but particularly Emma on the Sales Progression team. She was very on the ball, friendly, professional and it was amazing to receive a brilliant customer service thanks to her!
