The contract was fair and did not included no sale clauses as the 1st estate agent I spoke to had. JNP did all the viewings notifying me prior to each. The property had 2 offers within the 1st week. The post sales team (Jan) then kept me updated throughout the process to completion. I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this estate agent. I recently bought a new build flat through them. They were so supportive and helped me at every stage of the purchase. They kept in touch, allowed me to come and do extra viewings as often as I wanted. And the best thing was they helped to push it over the line just before Christmas when the solicitors were happy to delay. John and Jamie have such a nice manner. It was a really nice experience.
