My son purchased his first flat via JNP and the post offer service from them has been amazing - particularly Lisa Smith who has always been there to push the sale along and help negotiate the hurdles and challenges we faced. We ourselves were not the easiest of buyers yet Lisa remained positive and her tenacity helped us get to exchange eventually. Whilst giving the review 5-stars, I have done that purely on Lisa's performance (she is an asset to JNP) however would have knocked half a star off if possible as our first contact / offer experience wasn't that great. JNP sales number was nearly always busy and they didn't always call us back; they sent someone to show us the property on their first day who didn't have a clue about the flat etc; and when we made the offer they forced us to pay £72 to carry out ID checks and wouldn't either allow us to provide ID checks via our solicitor (who charged £14) nor proceed with accepting our offer until we carried out this check via them.
