JNP Estate Agents - High Wycombe

They never pick up the phone when you have an issue or want a house viewing ! I called about 6 times 2 days in a row and no one picks up the phone. Worst agency ever, wouldn't recommend to anyone. Avoid like the plague.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The worst agency ever!!! They make you waste your time! If anyone is really interested in buying a property, please do not use them.

Would definitely not recommend jnp based on our recent personal experience. Formal complaint made and no reply after two weeks. A once local company who cared about their reputation, today this is not the case which is very sad indeed

I've been a landlord for 20 years.Then I had the misfortune to rent via jnp for the last 2 years and I can honestly say they are the worst agent I've ever come across; they don't return calls, they don't support when things go wrong, honestly a total shambles

Moved out of property on 27th of December. Havent received any communication regarding to my deposit and when I called them Ive been ignored. Poor phone communication and they dont respond to any emails. I do not recommend it to anyone. During tenancy also had issues with contacting anyone from property management.
