5 star service, highly recommend

I bought a property through JNP and despite bumping into every possible delay along the way (JNP not at fault), Emma always provided an excellent service. She fought tooth and nail to get the purchase over the line and even after a year of waiting and dealing with disorganised solicitors and management companies, she remained just as determined and friendly. Although at times I had lost faith in the process of buying the property, Emma stayed optimistic and looked out for every opportunity where she could proactively help the seller and I. True to say I would not be in my new flat now if it was not for her and the rest of the friendly JNP team. Thanks very much.

I had a very positive experience buying my first house with JNP. Lisa and Caroline were very professional, thorough and diligent, proactively liaising with all parties to ensure the deal came off successfully and managing any problems no matter how big or small. As a first time buyer it was good to have people who knew their stuff and were patient in explaining details to me as required. I wouldn't hesitate in purchasing a property from JNP again and when / if I ever need to sell my place I know who to call!
