Well I have previously been quite cynical about using a mortgage company attached to an estate agents but how wrong was I Nikki Cockcroft and her assistant Becky Taylor. Are like the Batman and Robin the perfect tag team, who are perfectly in tune with each other and their customers. They have worked flat out to get me a mortgage  for my dream home and I could never of done this alone. They found me the best mortgage for my circumstances and Nikki wasnt  phased by anything.  If you give her a challenge she will find a solution. At times during this process i have been stressed out to the max but one call to Becky & Nikki and its all  sorted. They are super efficient, knowledgeable,  excellent communicators and the thing I liked the most is  that they are honest and have integrity. They are the first mortgage advisor i have met in a long time,  who remember their customer rather than seeking out commission.

Ryder and Dutton were perfect and very helpful throughout my journey of buying the property, especially as a first time buyer. Megan was fantastic regular chasing up any questions / queries I had and was great. Couldn’t thank her enough :)

If you are looking for a mortgage advisor, who works beyond her hours, keeps you upto date with information constantly and advises you with all your best options, as well as explaining everything clearly and precise, and being completely open and honest, then Nikki is your lady! To top it off, have another lovely lady keep you fully informed with the progress of your application and deal with the solicitors and insurances for you. I cannot thank Nikki and Becky enough. Recently bought a property with Ryder & Dutton and I can’t thank Catherine Salisbury enough for all of the work that she put in on our behalf to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.
