The agency are only interested in the landlord and not the tenant. Constant emails about basics such as working hot water and a flushing toilet, only to be faced with threats as you will be charged with the bill. They definitely took advantage of me as a mother without being able to pay the account myself. At one point I was electrocuted following the advice of the owner where water was pouring into a cupboard with electricity. The small mounted and outdated tv fell off the wall, luckily not on my children. Thank god for the tenancy deposit scheme. I got all my money back for the reasons they brought up after numerous viewings of which they were present. They are money grabbing people. Be Ware .

Red hot property promise the world but fail to deliver on all fronts. No customer communication in over 6 months other than an email to thank me for being a previous customer. Responded by telling them I was still a customer and was disappointed by email, told I would be called in a'couple of days' 3 months later nothing. Smiling face to get your money then nothing-atrocious service wish I hadn't spent £400 with them.
