Fast, polite, eager to please and to answer any problems or questions you may have regarding the selling or renting of your property. And of course, how courteous and polite all the staff are. I have been a landlord with Northwood now for many years. I can truly say that the service provided is excellent – nothing is too much trouble and any requests that I make are always dealt with super quickly. The Team are very friendly, efficient and have a great sense of humour. There has never been any trouble with any of my tenants. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tim was extremely helpful from the onset. He was considerate of our needs and helped make the transition as stress free as possible.

Since placing my property with Northwood l have personally found that they have answered my queries, whilst not always immediately, as soon as they can. Since l have been with the Hereford branch manager, Tim Miller and his associate Charlotte the response l have had has been nothing short of excellent. Tim is particularly a first class manager and nothing is too much trouble. Whatever the issue he follows it thru to the end. Well done!

I always found the staff at Northwood very professional, as are their services. My only criticism is the breakdown of payment where costs have been incurred on my property.

The initial response from Northwoods was at best poor. Wrong information given by staff on site and lack of politeness from agent. But they did ramp up a little towards the end
