Sears & Co. were fantastic from start to finish; Tilly in particular with her professionalism, communication and patience with a first-time buyer! I was also touched on completion day by the generous 'Welcome Home' gifts package from Sears - they are certainly an important part of the community of Hemel and Boxmoor.
