We sold a little place in Mytholmroyd, and we werent sure how quickly it would sell, but that turned out to very quick. What was good, was the regular updates, the timing arrangements, all felt fuss free. Then, the sale itself took a while to complete - but had some complicated land bits, which really is on the solicitors, however Steph was happy to get involved to keep things moving and keep the buyers linked in. Overall an execellent service.
