Although we didn't take a property with Wendy we received a great service. We spoke to a lot of estate agents and Wendy treated us with respect and not as a commodity. Sometimes doing the basics right is all you have to do to deliver a great service. Would recommend

I dealt with Joy on the purchase of a new flat in Luddenden - This is a 4 hour drive from my home in Surrey, Joy was BRILLIANT at every step of the process. Always on time for viewings and willing to allow me to view at short notice. Great advice and helpful guidance all the way through the process. The whole think too longer than anticipated and on a couple of occasions my frustration lead me to almost pull out - Joy was there - a voice of reason and because of her I now how a lovely new home . Cannot recommend Joy highly enough, if I ever sell I know who to call.

We were buying our first house and after hearing the horror stories from people who purchased elsewhere in the country through different estate agents, I can't believe how amazing the Hebden/Sowerby Ewe Move team were! Our main contact was Wendy, and all I can say is she was absolutely top class! I'd be happy to say she is an elite agent who many could learn (a lot) from. She was friendly, pro-active, professional, caring, and generally hard working. Any questions we had were responded to in record time. She even went above and beyond after the sale had went through and we got our keys - she had no obligation to do so, but before we asked she was on the phone to fix our issues. It's a breathe of fresh air to see someone who generally cares about their clients. Wendy would certainly get our vote for international estate agent of the year (or decade)!
