I dealt with Joy on the purchase of a new flat in Luddenden - This is a 4 hour drive from my home in Surrey, Joy was BRILLIANT at every step of the process. Always on time for viewings and willing to allow me to view at short notice. Great advice and helpful guidance all the way through the process. The whole think too longer than anticipated and on a couple of occasions my frustration lead me to almost pull out - Joy was there - a voice of reason and because of her I now how a lovely new home . From the moment we made the initial call to enquire about EweMove we knew we were in good hands. Joy was always available to chat/contact and kept us informed at each stage of our house sale with regular updates and check ins and kept both us and the buyers expectations realistic on timescales/legal processes. Joy was able to support us throughout the whole process, chasing solicitors, being present at our home to facilitate the survey along with following up with them after to keep the sale progressing smoothly. Joy provided a personal approach to selling our home which certainly helped with reducing our stress! Joy certainly delivered as an estate agent and we would certainly use her service again. Wendy from Ewemove was amazing! She made sure we were up to date at all times in the process. She checked in with us and held our hand throughout. She liaised with our seller on our behalf, getting back to us immediately. She was reassuring when things appeared to be slow and pushed when things needed pushing! I think we would still be waiting to move if it hadn’t been for Wendy.
