Felt Completely Ignored

I tried to view and apply for leasing a property with this company. We asked for a video viewing as we were not visit the property in person. After the scheduled open house day it took 3 phonecalls before we were told that recording of a video was not possible. Everytime we phoned Olivia was not available. We were told she were return the phonecall but this never happened. We must have phone 3/4 times a day on three separate days at least to try and speak to someone about the property. After submitting our application via email we never received even an acknowledgment that the application had been received. After a 10 days of waiting it took another 3 phonecalls to finally get an email informing us our application was not accepted and the landlord had chosen a different applicant. No feedback was provided on why weren’t chosen and what we could do to improve future applications. They also offered no advice on alternative properties that we could apply for. Very poor communication.
