We sold our house and purchased a house through Breckon and Breckon-Headington. We dealt with Ross. The transaction took a number of months and Ross kept us updated at all times- I can honestly say he treated us as you would treat a family member. He was extremely professional and very efficient and did more than was expected. Ross appeared to be promoted within the branch during our process- this came as no surprise.
