I have just started a renting contract with B&B recently. I am very happy with the service received, quick and nice. Ashleigh is the most helpful Senior Letting Negotiator I ever met, who is very efficient and also thoughtful for tenants.

I was selling as executor and live some distance from the house so could not be available at short notice for visits. However Ross Mabbutt did everything and did it courteously and cheerfully. And, which was very important to me, he kept in touch - answered emails/rang back promptly and helpfully and regularly let me know what was going on.

My partner and I have finally taken the plunge and bought our first home having been renting for a significant period of time. We were both nervous but also excited and after some searching, found our home with Breckon. We met Ross at the property and he was extremely welcoming and set us at ease straight away whereas with a number of other viewings with other agents, it felt more of a hard sell. We felt no pressure and once we had decided to put an offer in, Ross seemed to anticipate all of the questions which we didn't even know we had yet and was responsive both with e-mails and phonecalls. We tried to find out more information from our solicitors which seemed to drag their heels whereas Ross would take on our every enquiry and get us the answers, sometimes a week before the same response was given by our solicitors. To summarise, Ross was attentive, diigent and made the whole process of buying our first home a pleasure which certainly would not have been the case had his service not been so professional.
