Paige and the rest of the team were so helpful in organising our tenancy! Did things super quickly and were very flexible when factoring in our individual circumstances. Also always a pleasure to speak with on the phone!
Ross Mabbutt was absolutely fantastic in facilitating our house purchase. Highly professional, helpful and friendly. It was a real pleasure working with him and the B&B team. Highly recommended!
Alex Hayler is a great asset to the company. from the initial pricing phase, the speed of which he already had interested parties ready to view the property from the moment we signed, and his work ethic to see the sale through to completion was top class. A very competent company, with a very competent person in Alex. 5* all the way.
I had a great experience with Paige. I reached out as I'm looking for a rental and she immediately had great suggestions. She was super helpful and I'm now in contact with the landlord to finalise the agreement. Highly recommend!
Matt and his team were simply excellent in the sale of my house! Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and available to speak to when required (which wasn't often as they were on top of everything). 1st class service from a great team, highly recommended
Excellent service from start to finish! A special thank you to Alex for making it a smooth process. I would highly recommended.
We are first time buyer in the UK an found the assistance of the team of the Headington branch of Breckon and Breckon particularly helpful. Such support was extremely important to us as foreign investors in the UK. Thank you.
Very pleased with the whole experience. Alex was very helpful and very easy to work with. A great result. Would be happy to recommend.
We have had a great experience buying a house through Ross Mabbutt at Breckon & Breckon Headington. He has been responsive, reasonable and a pleasure to deal with, and everything has worked out according to the (relatively tight) timescale we set. Would definitely recommend.
I have just completed on my second house purchase through Breckon & Breckon Headington. Again, I can’t fault the experience I had! Alex was a pleasure to work with as he was attentive, prompt and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend Alex & the team.
Breckon & Breckon is an independent firm of Estate Agents established in 1947 and now operating from a network of seven offices in the county of Oxfordshire.
We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients.
As a privately owned company we are able to react quickly to changes in the market. We constantly review our marketing, often setting new standards for other estate agents to follow. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. However, none of this innovation means a great deal if it is not backed up with the right staff. Breckon & Breckon has an enviable reputation and is seen as one of the most sought after companies to work for. Our staff are quite simply some of the most experienced property professionals that Oxfordshire has to offer.
