Avoid this letting agency at all costs - would be leaving 0 stars if possible. My experience with oasis properties began with them expecting us to move into a house that was full of mould and damp, with wallpaper pinned onto the wall, no desks and chairs in any of the rooms as promised, as well as no other amenities that were promised and were also not there. Moreover, what was actually in the house was no better, with broken beds, broken stools, broken showers, a loose front door handle showing the lack of safety of the house as well as everything else you could probably think of to be wrong with a house. The house itself was also absolutely filthy, words cannot even describe this, obviously none of the workers actually went in to visit this or check it was liveable, and so waived off all of our complaints - still making us pay rent the whole time the house was in this condition. To then make matters worse, the house flooded leaving it completely uninhabitable, yet they would still not let us out of our contract. After huge attempts of calling up various solicitors, as well as the council, Oasis somehow managed to find other tenants for 2 St Michaels Terrace and we were then allowed out of our contract. Following this, we then had to constantly insist in getting our deposit returned to us, which after weeks it finally came back to us, yet they sent us a lower amount than previously agreed. Again this had to also be chased up. I would not want any other tenants to go through this experience, and to continue to for some reason fund this company - avoid by all means necessary.
