JNP Estate Agents - Hazlemere

I am selling my portfolio in Leeds using Manning Stainton where possible. Amy King - Branch Manager. I liked Amy King from the first meeting as she was straight & fair with her appraisal. Had some useful advice on property matters as well. Jenny Archer - Really nice person, down to earth but above all extremely capable & her experience showed on managing the sale. Easy to converse with. Listened, comprehended questions & concerns, explained the process, provided solutions, dealt like a true professional. Inspired confidence. Dealing with a buyer who was abroad on a different time zone. She made it look quite easy really. Would advise anyone to use this branch again but must have Jenny managing it. NB-I only wish some of the other branches within Manning Stainton were on this level.

Maisie made the whole experience of selling much more bearable and efficient! Many thanks

This is my second time using Manning Stainton for house purchase. Jenny Archer was helping me all the way through this journey. She was being very responsible and also fast responding on all issues. I can say it's the best estate agent in the UK! Everything was smooth and clear. I will highly recommend to everyone.

Maisie at the Headingley branch has been an absolute star! She has gone above and beyond to keep the sale of my house moving along. There were quite a few mental mine fields to navigate with my buyers solicitors and Maisie always kept her cool and stayed on top of it all. I couldn't recommend Maisie and Manning Stanton enough. Thank you!!!! :)

I requested a valuation from Tiyana at manning Stainton I found them punctual polite and pointed out to me what bits needed doing. We were very happy with valuation also. when we do sell Manning Stainton is my 1st choice.

I have been on the housing search for many months, I can throughly say the help and support I have received from this company has been amazing. Tiyana has been brilliant with the service she has provide and the help she has given, always very knowledgeable on properties and professional with all my enquiries. Compared to other estate agents this has been a pleasure.

Efficient and Reliable Move Manager: Highly Recommended I highly recommend Charlotte Poutney, who was my move manager at Manning Stainton. She was consistently responsive, communicative, and ensured that every detail was taken care of. I always felt informed and confident throughout the process. Great experience overall!

We’ve recently moved and Charlotte Poutney at Manning Stainton was the move manager working on our long and v complicated chain! She was absolutely fantastic at keeping everything moving with all the different agents / solicitors and also keeping everyone calm. An absolute pleasure to work with and would 10/10 recommend.

Chanel helped us with a very quick and efficient sale of our house, including finding us the perfect buyer. Chanel was professional and helpful throughout, and always available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and will use Manning's again if we were to move in the future.

Lovely people, friendly service
