From the start Lizzie was amazing from start to finish. When we told her our budget and how we could not afford to go any higher (which is true but somehow people often like not- she didn’t pressure us to go higher. She was communicative throughout the process and when she wasn’t available Mathew was brilliant as well. Not only are they good at their jobs- but they’re really nice and dealt with all our questions as first time buyers with kindness and patience. They also recommended solicitors and surveyors who were great.
