Further to a glowing recommendation from Mortgage Heroes, I met with Mathew from Move Revolution, and from the first time of meeting, I felt confident that he was the estate agent to choose. Communication is essential during any house sale process and Mathew was always available to provide me with timely updates, dealing with many questions and sometimes simply agreeing the best time to have a call. Communication from and with the Move Revolution team was absolutely excellent, something I have never received from an estate agent in the past. Mathew is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in the housing market, so was driven but realistic when it came to pricing the house at the beginning, and also when we needed to adjust the price to reflect the housing market whilst remaining competitive with other properties in the local area. Despite the first sale falling through (beyond anyone’s control), Mathew’s determination did not waiver and we secured a good price, completing a little over 5 months after the accepted offer, which was mainly due to Mathew’s relentless chasing of contacts throughout the chain to ensure good progress was made at every stage - something you won’t get from most estate agents! Mathew was respectful, empathetic and mindful during the entire process, especially with the sensitivities of it being a separation sale. His open and honest communication, plus his support and empathy at every step was incredible, and I can’t be more thankful for him and his team making the process as easy as possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Mathew and the Move Revolution team if you are looking for a driven, determined, honest and reliable team to sell your home for the best price possible!

What a team! Mathew, Lizzie and the team have been absolutely amazing through a very difficult sale. They are very knowledgable about the market, area and process of selling houses, and keep you informed and at ease through what can be the most stressful thing to do. Their can do attitude makes nothing an issue, it is most refreshing and we can not recommend them enough. We bought our home through move revolution 5 years ago, and then sold the house through them. Unfortunately we have moved away from the area, otherwise I would only ever use them to sell again. Mathew and Lizzie at the Haywards Heath branch were superb, dealing with all queries quickly and thinking outside the box when the conveyancing process threw up a few challenges.
