We thought we would play safe and go with one of the larger estate agent chains, what a mistake! Having not sold our house in months and little interest, we switched to Move Revolution and fully completed the sale of our house in 2 months. Chalk and cheese in terms of responsiveness, feedback, sound advice which were all exceptional after we switched - and I know our buyer felt the same. They really took the time to understand our situation, the location and house and what it had to offer - and none of the typical estate agent patter, just straightforward honesty. After we sold our house, someone else locally got in touch who was also struggling with a mainstream agent. On our recommendation they switched to Move Revolution too and 6 weeks later they sold it. Matthew Gurr assisted us in the purchase of our home and went above and beyond as he also helped push the sale of our own home through despite not being the selling agent - he put them to shame with his speed, professionalism, organisation and in depth knowledge of the process - everything was anticipated ahead of time by him, orchestrated and managed and pushed through - I couldn’t recommend him highly enough as an agent - he’s a real asset to the business and made a real difference to the house buying/selling process for us. Further to a glowing recommendation from Mortgage Heroes, I met with Mathew from Move Revolution, and from the first time of meeting, I felt confident that he was the estate agent to choose. Communication is essential during any house sale process and Mathew was always available to provide me with timely updates, dealing with many questions and sometimes simply agreeing the best time to have a call. Communication from and with the Move Revolution team was absolutely excellent, something I have never received from an estate agent in the past. Mathew is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in the housing market, so was driven but realistic when it came to pricing the house at the beginning, and also when we needed to adjust the price to reflect the housing market whilst remaining competitive with other properties in the local area. Despite the first sale falling through (beyond anyone’s control), Mathew’s determination did not waiver and we secured a good price, completing a little over 5 months after the accepted offer, which was mainly due to Mathew’s relentless chasing of contacts throughout the chain to ensure good progress was made at every stage - something you won’t get from most estate agents! Mathew was respectful, empathetic and mindful during the entire process, especially with the sensitivities of it being a separation sale. His open and honest communication, plus his support and empathy at every step was incredible, and I can’t be more thankful for him and his team making the process as easy as possible. I had been looking for a property with a number of agents and finally landed with move revolution. Mathew was really great to work with . Reassuring, friendly and professional. We have just sold our property in scaynes hill, Haywards heath. After a few months on the market with another agent we reached out to Mathew at move revolution - he was quick to come and have a conversation with us, talk through some of the frustrations and fears we had and give us some advice on ways to help market the property. He was genuine, helpful and in no way did we feel pushed to make a decision either way. We had photos taken( by far the best photos we could have asked for) within a week of being on the market we had an offer.
