We were interested in a property but asked if it was possible to get more info on the garden before arranging a viewing. Sam went out of his way to take and send additional photos and videos of the garden that helped us make a decision. While the garden was ultimately too small for our interests, Sam's efforts gave us the info we needed to make a decision and saved us travelling to view a property that didn't align with what we wanted
