It was in the month of August 2019 when we started looking for an affordable place to stay outside the University accommodation, at first i was hesitant because I was concerned about the security measures and then finally I stepped up and took a decision with four other friends to look for an off campus accommodation, I did search over the web for a really long time, tried meeting local landlords, booked for property visits, it was a really stressful time. That is when I got a call from Jack Flanagan , who is the property manager at Nicholas Humphreys- Hatfield, It is always said the first impression is the one that counts, Well, you cannot find a better advisor than Jack. He asked me for the number of rooms I require and the budget I did mention about everything we have been looking for and then he gave a list of properties that fits in our budget, we booked to visit the property and after that we were not really sure if that property fit us, The next day I told him my concerns and then he said "That's alright, How about we have a look at another property later today?", I was honestly both confused and happy because this happened for more than once, it was already the third week of August and I desperately wanted to shift cause my contract in the University would end in the fourth week, Finally we loved the last property we had a look at and Jack asked us to secure the property so that we do not lose it to some other group. We finish paying the holding deposit and that is when I spoke to Rajen Raichura who is the Director (Nicholas Humphreys - Hatfield, for the first time, A calm and amazing human being, he explained about all the procedures required before we could start the tenancy, to be very honest I did not know about any of those, It sat across in the phone line and explained about every single procedure encapsulating them as points, we did make a note of everything he said and also gave his and Jack's email so that we could contact them if we are stuck with the application. I could not have had a better experience than the one I received from Nicholas Humphreys - Hatfield. We are currently residing at the property and also decided to extend our stay because of the hospitality provided from the agency, I've come across amazing people and an amazing landlord. If there is any concern we just give them a call if it is an emergency or send an email regarding anything and everything, they have been amazing along with Maddie Andrews, She is the first take on all our calls, swift, professional and caring. Thank you Rajen, Jack and Maddie :) If you are reading this review and if you are looking for a property in and around Hatfield I would highly recommend you to give them a call.
