Jodie helped us massively when we really liked a property from organising a viewing that day to also helping us secure the property by going the extra mile with the landlord. There was an issue during the referencing but this was not with them but with Homlet but this was swiftly corrected after realising there was a mistake. Jodie helped us throughout the entire process and ensured we could move in within a WEEK of viewing the property. Can't thank her enough for helping us secure a property we loved.

I really can't recommend Country Properties enough, especially Jodie-Leigh! Living in Leicester and needing to move to London was always going to be a challenge as with full time jobs its impossible to drop everything and attend viewings mid week etc, and watching properties disappear off the market before we had a chance to see them was very anxiety provoking. However Jodie-Leigh was happy to hold a virtual viewing and once we'd decided we really liked a property was so flexible in finding a date and time that we could come and view the place in person. Throughout the referencing process she answered all of our questions really quickly and I just have faith that if anything goes wrong during our tenancy Country Properties will deal with it without any issues! Thank you for making a very stressful process much less so :-)
