Very happy with the care given to us from Country Properties while we bought our first house. Was superior customer service compared to other agents we initially had to deal with over other properties

Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring.

Tim was the person in charge of my sale and did the valuation. The property was occupied by students and was quite a mess. He was quite unphased by this, suggested a realistic price and a sensible way of proceeding, namely advertising in North London, one viewing day and a closing date for 'best and final offer'. This provided least disruption for the students and promptest resolution for me. He steered the sale calmly through various subsequent difficulties and was always easy to get in touch with and cheerful and positive when I spoke to him. A great guy to do business with!

Everyone at Country Properties, Hatfield, has been so helpful, polite and friendly throughout the process of selling my house. The service that I received was fantastic and I couldn't ask for anything more. I was informed with the feedback from viewings and given regular updates at the different stages of the sale. Charlie even got me in touch with someone to help with empting the house. I must also say that Ellie and Audrey in the lettings department have been outstanding during the many years I rented out the house before I sold it. Nothing was a problem and they helped me through all the steps of being a landlord.

Country properties staff when selling our house and buying another were fantastic. The staff are down to earth, friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Everything in the selling and buying process ran smoothly and Country Properties helped sell our house to a reputable buyer and find us a beautiful house of which we are very happy in. Linda kept us up to date from start to finish and was very on the ball and Charlie was a little star. I wouldn't choose any other agent as this bunch are definitely the best.

Country Properties have been EXTREMELY unresponsive to all solicitors trying to contact them regarding our move. I would avoid at all costs.
