Excellent service and expedient sale by Mike and the team in PCM Hastings.

From start to finish, from valuation to completion, the process took less than four weeks. Incredible! This was down to PCM finding the correct buyer and making sure all the avenues were clear on a daily basis to proceed at a pace. Follow up on completion day and after the sale was also excellent. Ten out of ten for effort and grateful thanks for efficiency and professionalism without losing the familiarity.

Highly recommend PCM

PCM have made buying our first home a smooth and exciting experience. They booked us in for viewings on all the properties that we asked and went above and beyond. With their experience and knowledge we found our home on the first day of viewings. The whole journey has been smooth and they have always been in contact to let us know what was going on and what the next step is. Being a first time buyer it was good to have that support and experience to help us. The whole team have been fantastic. I would highly recommend PCM and Blake to everyone.

Excellent professional & friendly people to deal with!!

I have just sold my father-in-laws property in Hastings. PCM were recommended to me by one of my clients & they certainly lived up to expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending PCM to anyone needing an agent in Hastings. Accurate valuation - 1 viewing - 1 buyer - Regular updates!! Can't ask for more.. Thank you.

BEST ESTATE AGENT BY FAR

Having moved a new mber of times over the years, I have to say that without doubt PCM were the most efficiently, friendly and professional estate agents I have dealt with. It has been a pleasure and would not go anywhere else in the future.

By far the best agent in Hastings & St Leonard’s

Just sold my property through PCM, the whole process was faultless from start to finish despite there being one or two issues with other parts of the chain with less helpful online agents involved.. you do really get what you pay for and the service I got with the level of expertise for the PCM team was simply fantastic. I have no doubt of it wasn’t for PCM driving my sale through and playing an active role in progressing other parts of the chain I would not have been moving this side of Christmas.. I definitely use PCM again and will recommend to all my friends and family..

Thank you PCM estate agents

After speaking with some local estate agents I decided to choose PCM to sell my house for me, I couldn't be any happier with them, from the initial meeting and throughout the whole sale they've been extremely helpful and have always been happy to help me and answer my many questions, thank you very much too all the staff for making what is usually a stressful time a relatively smooth experience, when I come to sell my new property I shall certainly be heading back to you.

Really good service

I would highly recommend PCM estate agents, they were very helpful and professional at all times, giving us feedback after each viewing and keeping us updated on all proceedings throughout the sale and getting near to asking price.

Fantastic Service

I would totally recommend PCM Estate Agents - they are fully committed to you & extremely friendly. Not only do they sell my property smoothly & nothing was too much trouble. But also helped me with my purchase through another estate agent which to be honest even though they weren't the selling agent were more helpful than Just Property Estate Agents. So would stringly recommend PCM to anyone & would never recommend Just Property to anyone. Many thanks Robert
