He took the time to explain the background on the apartment and brought us up to date. He transmitted as someone you could trust, someone with an high level of integrity and easy going yet professional. We arranged a viewing, loved the house and later, put in an offer that was accepted. Whilst Colin was of course representing the vendors, he speedily answered any queries and fully kept us informed throughout the whole process.
