Myrings Estate Agents

The agency and agent were just fantastic in assisting me with my first residence in the UK. Joely is just wonderful!

From start to finish myrings have by far been the best estate agents I have ever dealt with.

I thought Myrings were an absolute pleasure to work with. I worked closely with Nichola and Joely on the project and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, passion and dedicated hard work. It really made the whole process stress-free. I would highly recommend Myrings and the Team. Thank you

The team at Myrings have been the most friendly and helpful estate agents that my family have ever had the pleasure to let from. They have excellent communication and are work effectively to help with any inquiries we have had. Thank you to everyone at Myrings for your support!

From the initial visit from Simon for the valuation, through a quite protracted negotiation and process to get to completion, Joe and the sales team have been on the ball, making suggestions and recommendations and communicating in a timely manner. I can honestly say it’s been an absolutely 5 star experience. Very happy with the way the team work together in an organic and innovative way. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Myrings for anyone looking to buy and sell locally.

Excellent. The people and team are amazing. We got a great result and couldn’t recommend the team enough. We sold our house through Myrings because we have such a good experience of their rental team managing a rental property and the sales team are equally good. Joe Blakely was amazing couldn’t have done enough for us and we had a great result with the sale. Thanks to all the team at MYrings

Never expected to use the words “I love this Company” about an estate agency. It’s rare to have your expectations smashed beyond your wildest dreams but Myrings have. It comes down to people, the talent, attitude, knowledge, commerciality and most importantly care. A formula that has made a landlord a very happy person. From the outset Simon has given solid advice and gave us confidence in how we should market and secure the right types of tenant for the 5 properties we have decided to rent in a new apartment development, 2 The Oval, Harroagte. It’s all in the process, again the people, Nichola, Gemma, Georgie, Harvey and Molly have all played a part in renting and managing all 5 properties before they even formally went on the market. The rental process needs to adhere to many aspect of governece that protects the landlord and the tenant. Moving to a new home buying or renting sees emotions run high. Having Myrings to take responsibility, provides peace of mind and let’s us focus on our own projects which are challenging enough. A highly recommended company based on experience, Myrings will be our partner in the rentals and ongoing management of our properties. Thank you Simon and the wider team, it’s been an absolute pleasure working with you and learning from your wealth of knowledge, experience and benefitting from your reputation.

Myrings, we feel, are the best estate agent in Harrogate - good communication and very positive members of the team - left us feeling they really cared about us as clients In the main we dealt with Harrison Le-Clezio - he was excellent in every way - great communication before and after any viewings. Actively trying to sell our property and also great when looking at potential new purchases. He was honest and hard working and kept us updated about everything - a truly nice person but also very good at his job. We felt we could really trust what he was saying and he was also very knowledgeable about the properties and you could really tell he had done his homework on each of them. he also understood what we wanted without us having to remind him - a credit to Myrings We believe he will - and should - go far in the business and would recommend him to anyone
