Superb support if things go wrong, excellent communication when queries are raised and although they are very professional in all their dealings with me, they have also been friendly. The team seem to have all been there a long time, which says a great deal about the company, and it is good to know who I am talking to, and they also know me. When I want to live somewhere else, they have always promptly found me the right property and made moving as simple as possible. From a customer experience point of view, they get 10 out of 10.

I was looking for a rental property in Harrogate. I found one which looked promising, arranged a viewing. Had a very quick look round as there was someone else booked in to view at the same time. I did not feel rushed at all even though someone else was waiting to view. After I decided to rent the property I found the staff at the Harrogate office (especially Gemma) to be very helpful and extremely pleasant and entirely professional. I move in next Monday after a very unharrassed (?) experience.
