I would recommend Belvoir and their friendly, efficient staff to anyone thinking of renting a flat or house around Harrogate. I chose my flat and fortunately Belvoir were the letting agents, and as a result the whole process from start to finish was quick and efficient, compared to other letting agents I've been involved with before. Even after moving in the staff checked to make sure everything was OK, and any little faults with the flat were soon fixed, to a high standard. It's nice to deal with a company that greets you with a warm welcome on first name terms whenever you ring up and answers any enquiries you have.

As a landlord i have had a property with Belvoir for over 20 years now and have never had any problems at all. The property has always been well managed and i have received my payments on time and always received my property inspections on time as well so can't fault them. They always been 100% professional to deal with and couldn't ask for anything more.
