Been with them for nearly 10 years renting out our property in Hertfordshire. Very professional. Chloe Burgess had been had been very helpful over the years and Kirsty Twydell recently dealt with a change of tenancy very efficiently and competently. Full Marks.

By far the best Estate agent I’ve dealt with. I had a very bad experience with another estate agent recently, but Ashtons were very efficient. No troubles with sale or purchase. All the guys that work there feel genuine and like they are doing their very best to help you. Will be recommending to all friends and family.

Ashton’s and specifically Colin did an incredible job in helping me find a house as part of my relocation from California to Harpenden UK. They worked with me virtually while I was in California by setting up virtual viewings and touch bases on the phone and WhatsApp. Colin guided me through the end to end process and allowed me to view the home multiple times. I can’t wait to move in!!
