Been with them for nearly 10 years renting out our property in Hertfordshire. Very professional. Chloe Burgess had been had been very helpful over the years and Kirsty Twydell recently dealt with a change of tenancy very efficiently and competently. Full Marks.

With a one-off, unique designed home appealing to a small market audience, the Ashtons Team understood this so well and developed a plan that delivered on all fronts with the house sale finalized a few weeks ago. Special call-out to Harrison, Joshua, Greg, Rebecca, Kate, Jules, Gill, Amanda, Maggie, Karolina, Jason and Jane for their hard work and determination to get the job done. Ashton’s and specifically Colin did an incredible job in helping me find a house as part of my relocation from California to Harpenden UK. They worked with me virtually while I was in California by setting up virtual viewings and touch bases on the phone and WhatsApp. Colin guided me through the end to end process and allowed me to view the home multiple times. I can’t wait to move in!!
